Step Aerobics
Easy but edgy high/low intensity cardio combinations performed on a step.

Toning and strengthening the whole body using low weights.

Full body conditioning alternating light and heavy sets.

PILATES

Fluid-based movements based in yoga, dance, and sports rehabilitation emphasizing the core.

YOGA

A gentle practice of deep breathing, relaxation, stretching, alignment strengthening. Release tension and focus on self-awareness.

ADULT DANCE WORKSHOPS

Seasonal workshops on ballet technique and ballet-adigio stretch for beginner to intermediate levels.
