Adult Dance Workshops - To be announced.

Bodysculpt - Emphasis on muscle definition through the use of weights, body bars, and resistance, including abdominal work.

Cardio Mix - Kickboxing mixed with a funky Hi-Lo aerobic blend.
Combo - A blend of high/low cardio moves, and muscle conditioning.
Core Pilates - Classic core conditioning exericses focusing on sculpting and strengthening of abdominals and back.
Fusion Dance - A workout consisting of high energy, short dance combinations set to top 40 music.
Kickboxing - High/Low intensity consisting of boxing and martial art techniques.
Muscle Conditioning - Sculpting the entire body through the use of various exercise techniques and equipment.
Pilates - A regimen derived from yoga, dance, and sports rehabilitation conditioning.
Step Aerobics -  Easy but edgy high/low intensity cardio performed on a step.
Step Interval -  Basic step moves combined with muscle conditioning exercises using hand weights and a body bar. A total fat burner.
Super Sculpt - Conditioning class for toning and strengthening the whole body using low weights.  
Supersets & Weights- Full body conditioning alternating light sets and heavy sets.  
Yoga - Stretching / deep breathing / flexibiity / alignment strengthening / stress relaxing with an emphasis on self-awareness.
